Talking with Jason

Friendships can be odd in Comics. I guess they can be odd in any form. However, given the convention circuit nature of Comics, a lot of said odd friendships come out of short interactions that mean an awful lot. The odd part comes in how some of my good friends are people that, if I totaled every minute we actually spent in person together would total around ten hours, max. And that’s after years of knowing them.

I’ve known Comics Bulletin’s Jason Sacks in this capacity for a long while now and it’s a huge pleasure every time I talk to him. This time around he transcribed our talk - from Seattle’s Jet City Comic Show - and posted it up on Comics Bulletin.

Check it out. There’s a small bit of discussing projects, but more of it is just discussing comics in general, including my continue evangelism of Dave Sim & Gerhard’s Cerebus.
